BobaScout Support
BobaScout is an iPhone app for finding every boba and tea shop near you and reviewing drinks in seconds. Everyone who signs up is a Scout.

Email support@bobascout.app. Tell us your BobaScout username and what happened, and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
Delete your account
In the app, open Profile → Settings → Delete account and confirm.
This permanently deletes your account, profile, photos, reviews, likes, taste preferences, Want to Try list, and the reports you sent. If you signed in with Apple, BobaScout is also removed from your Apple ID. It can’t be undone. Can’t open the app? Email us from the address on your account (or tell us your username) and we’ll delete it for you.
Report or block
- A review: tap … on it, then Report review or Block.
- A Scout: open their profile, tap … at the top, then Report this Scout or Block. Blocked Scouts’ posts disappear for you; they aren’t told. Unblock them in Settings → Safety → Blocked Scouts.
- Wrong shop info (closed, wrong hours): open the shop, go to Info, and tap Report a problem.
We review reports and aim to act within 24 hours. For anything urgent, email us too.
Can’t post a review?
To keep out bots, reviews are open to Scouts within 30 miles of the shop, so BobaScout needs your location when you post. Turn on location for BobaScout in the iPhone Settings app (Privacy & Security → Location Services). You can browse shops and reviews anywhere, with or without an account.
